The Crown International project is located on the east side of Yanjiang Middle Avenue in Nanchang City, adjacent to the Xihu District Government and Nanchang Bridge, and adjacent to the Ganjiang River in the west. The project covers an area of about 124 acres. Crown International is a high-end complex real estate project integrating an international standard five-star hotel (Crown Plaza Hotel), Grade A office buildings, international commercial streets, SOHO apartments, and river view mansions, with a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters. The hotel and hotel apartment are in the shape of the twin towers and will become the landmark buildings of Nanchang after completion.
